Animoca Brands Partners With Arevo

Animoca Brands announced that it is partnering with Arevo, a 3D-printing company, to produce "NFT-centric carbon fiber bikes." The bikes will be customizable and decorated with NFT artwork from the holders.

The partnership represents "a significant step toward connecting the 'matterverse' to the 'metaverse,'" reads the press release. Holders will be able to connect their digital assets to physical assets in a way that is unique to web3.

Animoca Brands raised $75 million on a $5.9 billion valuation back in July. Yat Siu, the co-founder and executive chairman at Animoca, said  “Arevo’s groundbreaking carbon fiber 3D printing technology is a peek at the structure of the open metaverse that Animoca Brands is championing," in a comment about the partnership.

The Arevo x Animoca Brands NFT-validated carbon fiber bikes are expected to be unveiled in the first quarter of 2023.
