Beeple: Hacked Links Lead to Fake Discord

Beeple tweeted that the links for his collectors Discord were hacked recently, sending users to a fake Discord where their wallets were compromised.

"It appears our discord URLs were hacked to point to a fraudulent discord," Beeple tweeted Monday morning. "DO NOT go into that discord and do not verify, it will drain your wallet!! once again massive thanks again to discord for being garbage."

This isn't the first time hackers have targeted the digital artist. In May, a tweet by a hacked Beeple (whose real name is Mike Winkelmann) led users to a fake Louis Vuitton collaboration.

In November 2021, the collectors Discord was compromised and users lost about 38 ETH from trying to claim a fake airdrop.
