X2Y2 to Release DMCA Takedown Policy After BAYC Incident

X2Y2, a community-owned NFT marketplace, will release an official DMCA takedown policy as soon as possible following a takedown request regarding its RR/BAYC collection late last night.

The company announced that it received the request "several hours ago," and that it had never received a notice of this kind before.

The project will remain intact and active while the team puts together its DMCA takedown policy. After that, the project will be reevaluated.
