Jenkins the Valet announced 2 licenses it will be made available through open source, which was used to license 4,075 Apes/Mutants for Bored & Dangerous. Jenkins mentioned that its partner a16z released the 'Can't Be Evil' NFT license. This license guides PFP collections on how to properly grant commercial rights.

"Creators or brands who want to license the commercial rights to NFT avatars can use our licensing agreements to do just that," Jenkins the Valet tweeted on Tuesday afternoon.  The team plans to make other scalable products inside its licensing platform for the "Jenkins Audio Experience," which is the podcast for the NFT project.

Tally Labs helped with the licensing back in November 2021. The two licensing agreements are 1) between holders and the Jenkins team, and 2) between holders and a Writer’s Room member.
