NBA Top Shot Announces Locker Pack 13 Release

NBA Top Shot announced that the 13th release of Locker Packs is now live, with 50,000 available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The cost of the pack is four trade tickets — and collectors are able to purchase up to five per transaction, with each containing three Moments.
The highlights available in this release include Series 1, 2, and 3 Base Set Moments, with the full list of players available here.
