NBA Top Shot Introducing First Autographed Moment

NBA Top Shot Introducing First Autographed Moment

NBA Top Shot announced the first autographed Moment will be included in packs today when Magic Johnson Anthology Packs hit the market.

From the 1,600 packs available, 80 Legendary Moments will include an autograph from Magic Johnson. The Moment includes a replay of the signature and the data is being stored on-chain to secure and verify the authenticity and provenance of the Moment.

The Magic Johnson Anthology Pack drop will go live at 3:00 p.m. ET and is open and available in two separate queues.

A priority queue will house 1,200 packs available at $399 each, while the general queue will only hold 400 packs at the same price.

In order to be eligible for the priority queue, Top Shot users must hold a Total Drop Score of 150,000 or more. Those who wish to join the general queue may do so without any eligibility requirements.

The Magic Johnson Anthology pack will only contain one Magic Johnson Moment, his first on NBA Top Shot.

Pack odds and more information regarding the contents can be found on the pack listing page

More about NBA Top Shot

NBA Top Shot is the first officially-licensed sports collectible NFT project. Launched on Dapper Labs’ Flow blockchain, Top Shot allows for the collecting and trading of NBA highlights, packaged as “moments.” Similar to physical trading cards, these moments can be bought in packs and come in different sets with different rarity tiers. By collecting moments and completing sets, users help build their “collector score.” Achieving a certain collector score may make you eligible for special access pack drops and other utility not yet explored.
