CryptoBots NFT Overview

CryptoBots is a game partially run and owned by its players. Having launched in 2017, CryptoBots is regarded as one of the first play-to-earn blockchain games. In the game, players build squads of CryptoBots that they use to try and conquer enemies. Over time it is suspected the game the game will gradually enter into a Metaverse, one likely with a space economy. 

In early November, Crypto Gaming United pledged to buy $1M worth of Crypto Bots as the game looks to relaunch in 2022. 

In December 2021, CryptoBots dropped companion NFTs for free for all whitelisted holders. The mint happened on December 31.
