Pointers by Steve Pikelny

Pointers is a collection of 100 on-chain, generative art NFTs created by Brooklyn-based artist Steve Pikelny on the Ethereum blockchain. The collection was released as part of the Art Blocks Presents NFT collections. Pointers in and of itself is a study of boredom, frustration, and inevitability. The collection simulates Pikelny sketching 100 variations of the same simple idea. However, as the drawings progress, disorder and boredom set in which leads to increasingly chaotic generations. Early serial numbers appear neat and orderly, but as the collection progresses the detail wanes and the outputs appear more and more disordered.
