Six-Horse Races Go Live Today

ZED RUN announced its new six-horse race format will go live today in a late night Discord announcement Sunday night. This new format was announced on August 11 and originally intended to go live on August 15, but had been delayed due to an issue that was "discovered in the tourney set up that impacts these races."
ZED is launching this new format with two goals in mind, per last night's announcement:
- To deliver a more diverse and engaging racing experience
- To help paid races fill more quickly
A trial run of these six-horse paid races will go live this evening at 7:59 p.m., ET and close on August 25, before tournament qualifiers go live on August 26.
In these new races, stable owners will still gain and lose class points based on performance, but the allotment of class points in these races will be halved to reflect the smaller entry pools. The team has also mentioned "new 3D visuals" will be featured in six-horse races.
In addition to the new six-horse format going live today, ZED RUN has also teased an upcoming "head-to-head" racing format.
