The 5,555 piece collection sold out after the 1,644 "Diamond Hands" editions were purchased at 0.5 ETH today.&nbsp;
The project is experimenting with a new Diamond Hand trait in which sales are locked on those NFTs until the reveal occurs.
Causing somewhat of a supply crunch, the NFTs that are available to trade have been selling around 2 ETH today.&nbsp;

Moonbirds, the official Proof Collective PFP project, will now hold an allow list raffle to determine eligible minters for its public sale.&nbsp;
After rumors swirled that the Dutch auction, at 2.5 ETH, might still cause a gas war causing the team to pivot.

OpenSea began beta testing the trading of Solana NFTs within its marketplace today. Select collections were added to the marketplaces including <a dir="ltr" role="link" href="https://twitter.com/DegenApeAcademy">@DegenApeAcademy</a>, <a dir="ltr" role="link" href="https://twitter.com/AuroryProject">@AuroryProject</a>, and <a dir="ltr" role="link" href="https://twitter.com/DeGodsNFT">@DeGodsNFT</a>.
The collection announcement states "[Solana] collections will be added regularly and will take some time to appear."
Users are also now prompted with the choice to use Phantom wallet to purchase Solana NFTs. Top Solana movers today included Solana Monkey Buinsess, Boryoku Dragons, and DeGods on OpenSea's marketplace.&nbsp;

<a href="https://luckytrader.com/nft/akumaorigins" rel="follow">Akuma Origins </a>was revealed at 5 p.m. ET this afternoon, causing a temporary sell-off. The price floor dropped from 1.4 ETH to 1.2 during the first 30 minutes after revealing.&nbsp;
The project has broken a previous 24-hour volume ATH breaking 1,600 ETH traded on secondary today. Sales continue to flood in this afternoon as the Anime Meta holds strong during the middle of the week.&nbsp;

<a href="https://luckytrader.com/nft/cool-cats-nft" rel="follow">Cool Cats</a>&nbsp;provided updates regarding its Cooltopia Beta Tests today via Discord. The team stated that "The Beetah Test went really well." and they seem to be nearing full launch.&nbsp;
Onboarding more players to test the team really wants to find any issues pre-launch. To incentivize the community in this effort, Cool Cats will be distributing a Beetah test NFT to all participants.&nbsp;

Yesterday, the release of VaynerSports Pass took the Ethereum mainnet by storm, sending gas upwards of 3,000 gwei.&nbsp;
The collection sold out its 15,555-edition in less than 40 minutes today.&nbsp;&nbsp;
AJ Vaynerchuk and team experienced massive gas war issues as investors looked to snag multiple passes. The passes are expected to provide unrivaled "access to athletes" and sports NFT drops.&nbsp;
The project sucked up an abhorrent amount ETH in failed transactions, and even though seasoned NFT investors/holders are not new to gas wars, it causes extreme ecosystem shock each time.&nbsp;
People took to Twitter to publicly call out the project and the recurring gas war issue.&nbsp;

<h2>The Sandbox Game Funding Updates</h2>
Yesterday, NFT gaming and metaverse company Sandbox announced it is looking at another potential funding round by the end of this fiscal year.
Sandbox originally raised $93M last year from investors, led by Softbank&rsquo;s Vision Fund 2 (Bloomberg).&nbsp;
Chief Operating Officer Sebastien Borget explained that the company looks to ramp up new hires and acquisitions, expanding the firm from its current roster of roughly 200 employees.
No further details were released on acquisition targets or potential executive hires.&nbsp;
