Animoca Brands Introduces "Mocalist" For Upcoming Mocaverse Drop
Animoca Brands, a major investor and partner in PFP and P2E projects, is launching the Mocaverse, a collection of 8,888 non-fungible tokens (NFTs) reserved for certain individuals and groups.
Today, Animoca clarified who will be eligible to mint the Mocaverse with by introducing its "Mocalist." The Mocalist is a new category of eligibility for Mocaverse NFTs that aims to reward supporters and community members of Mocaverse and Animoca Brands. Mocalist members will be selected from holders of Realm Ticket NFTs, which are tradable ERC-1155 tokens that will be airdropped to eligible community members and contributors. To be eligible for Realm Tickets, individuals must hold certain Animoca Brands Ecosystem Tokens or NFTs, or be active members of the Mocaverse community. Holders of Realm Tickets will have a chance to win a spot on the Mocalist and receive one free mint and one optional paid mint. The more Realm Tickets an individual holds, the greater their chances of winning. There are also bonuses for holding multiple tokens or NFTs from certain collections.
