ArenaX Labs successfully raised $6 million in funding led by Framework Ventures with participation from Xterio and others.
The investment is set to propel the development of AI Arena, a game in which human players collect and train AI-powered characters. These characters, unique in their abilities and strategies, engage in player-versus-player (PVP) battles, reminiscent of popular games like Super Smash Bros.
AI Arena also allows players to train their characters, who then fight autonomously in battles. This approach offers a hands-on learning experience about AI, but no coding or sophisticated technical skills are required. The game is set to be free to play, with a web3 version offering competitive rewards for players.
