Art Blocks Collaboration Sells Out, Sees High Volume

Art Blocks collection “Petro National” by John Gerrard sold out 196 editions in less than 30 minutes Tuesday through Dutch auction format. The starting price was 5 ETH and the final mint price was 1.4117 ETH (the price decreased exponentially).

This is the first collaboration between Art Blocks and Pace Verso, a web3 studio founded by Pace Gallery. Gerrard’s work depicts the outlines of countries as oil slicks floating on the ocean. Select works from the collection are on display during NFT NYC at the Pace Gallery, at 540 West 25th Street in Chelsea. The gallery is free and open to the public.

The floor of the collection is 4.3 ETH, with a total volume of 195 ETH so far.
