The Bulk

Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem and crypto exchange, introduced the Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot and expanded Spot Copy Trading to all eligible users. The Trading Bots Marketplace now offers over 120,000 active trading strategies, including popular bots like Grid Trading for Spot and Futures, Rebalancing Bot, Auto-Invest, and Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA).

The Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot is Binance's first bot to automate a delta-neutral spot and futures arbitrage strategy, simplifying the process for users who previously had to manually execute trades on different interfaces. This bot allows traders to earn funding fees by opening a perpetual futures position and hedging it with an opposite position of the same size in the spot market.

The automated execution of both spot and futures trades simultaneously eliminates the need for manual management of two separate trades. Users can deploy two types of strategies with the Arbitrage Bot: Positive Carry, which involves buying assets on the spot market and shorting the corresponding perpetual futures contract to collect funding fees from a positive funding rate, and Reverse Carry, which involves selling assets on the spot market and going long on perpetual contracts to collect funding fees from a negative funding rate.
