Binance Teams Up With Soccer Star Cristiano Ronaldo for NFT Drop
Binance is teaming up with soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo to release a series of NFT collections, the platform's team announced today.
The partnership is part of a multi-year deal, and the NFT collections will launch exclusively on Binance's NFT platform.
The first collection is expected to drop later this year and will feature "iconic designs created in collaboration with Ronaldo," according to Binance.
"[I'm] proud to be partnering with Binance," Ronaldo tweeted this morning. "Together, we'll give you the opportunity to own an iconic piece of sports history. I'm excited to take this journey with all of you. Let's change the NFT game with Binance."
Binance has existing partnerships with Argentine Football Association, the Brazilian Football Confederation, S.S. Lazio (IT), and FC Porto (PT). This expands the platform's reach in the global soccer community.
