GameStop Rewards Program Adds NFTs to Perks

GameStop and the game Gods Unchained are partnering to offer NFTs as part of the company's rewards program, according to a release.

GameStop PowerUp Pros will have the opportunity to redeem expansion packs for Gods Unchained, a trading card game on the layer-2 network ImmutableX. Gods Unchained was created by Chris Clay, the former game director of Magic: The Gathering.

"With more exciting announcements on the way soon, this is the perfect time for GameStop PowerUp Pros to dive into the world of Gods Unchained," Clay said in the release.

PowerUp Pro members will receive their redemption codes by email on Sept. 27, according to the release, and members will have one month to redeem them.
