Pre-Registration for NBA All-World Is Open
The NBA officially announced that pre-registration for its metaverse project NBA All-World is now open.
To pre-register, users can head to nbaallworld.com and submit their email, date of birth, and geographic region.
NBA All-World will allow NBA fans to "step into the sneakers of today's NBA stars," while competing in mini-games to become King of the Court.
The NBA is being joined by Ninantic, makers of Pokémon Go, to create NBA All-World, an augmented-reality game hoping to create the "real-life metaverse."
