UFC Strike Updates Moderator Investigation, No Unfair Advantage Found

UFC Strike alerted Discord members that the platform did not detect an unfair advantage provided to accounts linked to a former community moderator after further investigation.

"Our investigation included an in-depth review, and we found that the suspicious back-end events identified with the exploiter accounts were not present with accounts linked to our former community mod," said a Dapper Labs employee.

The project has been mired in a recent controversy surrounding the contents of select packs and potential bugs or exploits allowing for the unveiling of an improbable amount of "highly sought after NFTs."

As a result of the bug and community sentiment, the project decided to refund 10 percent of the purchase price for a handful of recent pack drops on the UFC Strike platform.

Despite no evidence that the community moderator had access to the aforementioned exploit, the project and moderator mutually agreed to part ways.

The platform reiterated that it takes security and fairness seriously and welcomes users to report any suspicious activity via the UFC Strike support line
