The buyer paid 26 ETH above the estimated price, representing an 11 percent premium, according to DeepNFTValue, a machine-learning price prediction tool that specializes in Punks pricing.
The sale marks the first trade of a Hoodie punk since Oct. 6, 2022 when CryptoPunk #1484 traded for 180 ETH ($245,000).
Bids and sales have been trending up for CryptoPunks over the last 36 hours.
