Dapper Labs Introduces Offers

In a tweet thread posted this afternoon, the @topshot_updates account announced, "Dapper Offers are being rolled out!" This functionality is currently only available to Nine Lives Lounge and VIP members, who will now be able to "make offers on NBA Top Shot Moments." This feature will be rolled out to the general public in "the near future," per the post.
A user can check any offers that may be active on Moments held via the new "Offers" section of the Dapper Wallet page. Currently, users are only able to place offers on the serial number-level, but Dapper has plans to expand the functionality so that potential buyers will be able to place offers on entire editions soon.
