Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson went on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Monday to talk about his NBA Top Shot collection: The Anthology.

Kimmel showed one of Johnson's moments to cheers from the audience and talked about NFTs with Johnson.

"This is an interesting thing because you are selling basically a great play that you’re involved with. So if somebody wants to own part of your life, your playing career, this is basically what it looks like," Kimmel said.

Johnson replied: "That shot, we beat Boston at the buzzer on that shot. It’s almost like a trading card. It’s a collectible."
