NBA Top Shot Outlines Set Rewards Ahead of January 5 Deadline

Starting in the first half of 2023, Top Shot will be dishing out guaranteed Set Rewards Packages to collectors who own and lock complete sets from Series 1, 2, and 3.  If you own a complete set from these series and lock all the Moments in that set before the deadline of January 5, 2023 at 5pm ET, you'll receive a guaranteed package of rewards.

Now, any Series 1, 2, or 3 set can be locked for rewards and every set from these series is eligible. If you happen to own duplicates of a set, you can even lock it up to 2X.  It's important to note that locking Series 4 sets will not make you eligible to earn Set Rewards at this time. If you miss the January 5 deadline, you won't have the opportunity to earn Set Rewards via locking again until the next deadline on May 30, 2023 at 5:00 PM ET.

As far as the rewards, prizes will be awarded as follows:

• For each completed and locked NBA Legendary Set, you'll receive 1 Legendary Top Shot 50 Pack, 3 Rare Metallic Gold LE Packs, and priority access to at least 2 Legendary and 2 Rare pack drops during Series 4.
• If you lock a completed NBA Metallic Gold LE Set, you'll receive 3 Rare Metallic Gold LE packs and priority access to at least 1 Rare pack drop during Series 4.
• If you lock a completed NBA Rare Set from Series 1, 2, or 3 (excluding Metallic Gold LE), Cool Cats, Metallic Silver FE, or Base Set, you'll earn 1 Rare Pack, 2 Boosted Hot Packs, and priority access to at least 1 Limited Edition pack drop during Series 4.
• For any other completed Common NBA Set or Vintage Vibes Set, you'll earn 2 Boosted Hot Packs and priority access to at least 1 pack drop in Series 4.
