VeeFriends Drops 1/1 Iconics Collection
VeeFriends, an NFT collection created by famous entrepreneur and author Gary Vaynerchuk, dropped a new collection: VeeFriends Iconics. The new collection was airdropped to VeeFriends spectacular token holders.
VeeFriends Iconics is a 1,200-piece 1/1 NFT collection based on the original VeeFriends and expansionary VeeFriends Series 2 characters.
"On April 15, the evolution of VeeFriends began," a promotional video for the new collection says. "VeeFriends characters evolved into six poses that brought them to life as VeeFriends Series 2. During their evolution, characters and poses clashed and competed against each other while forming the most coveted VeeFriends rarity: the 1/1 spectaculars."
"The intense clashing of poses created character fragments, which ended up forming and minting VeeFriends Iconics," the video continues. "VeeFriends Iconics is a collection of 1/1 NFTs featuring VeeFriends Series 1 spectacular tokens and a signature refracted style."
The artist behind VeeFriends Iconics is Gilong Bogy, an Indonesian freelance illustrator known for his pop art digital portraits. He was a featured artist on the first sports NFT on the Ethereum blockchain, CryptoStrikers.
All VeeFriends Iconics are hand-drawn and come with a exclusive 12-by-12 Metarelics canvas of their character.
