Ubisoft Quartz to Integrate NFTs

Ubisoft is launching Quartz on the Tezos Blockchain, with the first NFT drop coming on December 9. These NFTs come in the form of in-game cosmetics for Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint. To qualify for the top-tier helmet, NFT users will need to have 600 hours of in-game playtime. This is the first big step for an AAA game studio into the world of NFTs. 

DraftKings Pairs With NFLPA

The NFLPA announced this morning that players will be able to license their names, images, and likeness rights to DraftKings NFT Marketplace during the 2022-2023 season. After a partnership with Dapper Labs earlier this year, the NFL looks to the sports betting giant and expand their reach within the crypto landscape.

Treeverse $SEED and BYOVape Claim

According to an announcement on the Treeverse Twitter page, Nftrees holders will be receiving extra in-game utility in the form of $SEED. By planting your Nftree, you will produce fruit for other in-game players. This will generate $SEED which can be used for other in-game activities which will be released when the full game is launched. 

BYOVape began its claim for holders of BYOPills at 5:00 p.m. ET today. Each holder of a Pill could claim a Vape for free (plus gas). After claiming, each user holding both of the two NFTs will be airdropped a BYOCraft at a later date. More information is coming via their twitter and website regarding the Craft drops.

AWS Outages

Amazon Web Services had outages Tuesday that caused issues with NFT infrastructure, postponing an Art Blocks mint and affecting the floor prices and the indexing of searches on OpenSea. These reported issues caused websites such as Disney+ and Coinbase also to go down. With Lucky Trader’s services also being affected, we wait for notification on a fix from Amazon.

• CryptoPunks volume has dipped over the last 24 hours, but the floor finds some strength at 72.9 ETH. 

• Crypto Bull Society runs hard, up 159% in volume and floor up another 61%.  

• Bored Ape Yacht Club still selling well today but the floor drops back below 50 ETH.
