A New Collection Is Coming To Blend on Monday
Today, Blur announced that a new collection is coming to the Blend platform on Monday, May 8th.
What It Means
Rumors abound about what the new collection will be. DeGods? Perhaps that's the silhouette of a Nakamigo...? BAYC, MAYC, and BAKC would likely make sense at some point, of course.
❗ Why It Matters
The introduction of a peer-to-peer perpetual lending protocol for NFTs definitely wasn't the news many were expecting when Blur made the announcement on May 1st. Three collections (Cryptopunks, Azukis, and Miladies) were available at launch, and now the next one is on the horizon.
But before anybody gets too excited to get a loan at a 0% interest rate, it should be noted that those that got involved early with Azukis likely had mixed results if they were on the borrowing side and did not exit in profit.
