Art Blocks Open House Coming to Texas

Art Blocks announced that it will host its official Art Blocks Open House weekend in Marfa, Texas this November.

On Nov. 11 and 12, participants can expect "some desert deep thinking, community building, art, and friendship," according to the project's Discord.

The Art Blocks house is located at 109 W San Antonio St. Travel accomodations, including campgrounds, hotels, and Airbnbs are expected to fill up fast. 

"We don't have all the details yet beyond promising that we will be celebrating the people and ideas that got us to where we are today," Druid wrote on Discord. "All are welcome."

Art Blocks, which is responsible for some of the most expensive NFT generative art in the space like Ringers by Dmitri Cherniak and Fidenza by Tyler Hobbs, recently sold out of two notable collections: "Petro National" by John Gerrard and "Sudfah" by Melissa Wiederrecht. 

Petro National currently has a floor price of 2.8 ETH. Sudfah has a floor price of 1.4 ETH. Art Blocks Curated collections have seen an uptick in community interest and trading activity this week.
