GameStop NFT informed its community via Twitter on Friday afternoon that its relationship with FTX US will be ending, after the recent fallout of the exchange.
GameStop had a pilot marketing program where users could claim rewards in the form of FTX gift cards. Impacted customers should reach out to the GameStop NFT team in order to receive full refunds.
Please reach out to customer service if you purchased a gift card and they will help process the refunds.
