OpenSea Introduces The Minters Token
OpenSea made an announcement on Friday afternoon about a new product called The Minter Token. The Minter Token will be a way to unlock gated experiences for collectors and creators within the NFT ecosystem, powered by fair.xyz.
OpenSea will have a Twitter Spaces on September 7 at 3 p.m. ET hosted by Fair.xyz and Lior.eth. Lior is the founder of Eden Block, a venture fund backing Web3 builders. Lior is also the holder of the trippy Mega Mutant from the Yuga Labs ecosystem.
More details on the specifics around the mechanics of the Minter Token will be announced on Wednesday's Twitter Spaces. OpenSea states that "this will be unlike any other ‘drop’ before and one that celebrates the community builders, the visionaries, and super fans."
