Yuga Labs warned users of a potential upcoming hack of social media accounts in a recent tweet.

The team stated that it believes that there is an upcoming attack that targets the NFT community through "compromised social media accounts."

This recently happened to Deekay, a known artist in the NFT community, where the hacker tweeted out a link that was supposedly a free claim.

Users who approved the transaction for the fake claim then had their wallets drained.

For the time being, users should remain wary of any links posted by official accounts that claim to be for a free claim or airdrop link and anything that requires an approval transaction.
