MoonCats recently announced an official partnership with upcoming NFT MMORPG The DeFimons via a video posted on Twitter.
The integration with the gaming platform will include in-game perks and quests for MoonCats holders and the development of MoonCats-inspired DeFimons NFTs. The MoonCats DeFimons can be encountered and tamed in the game.
MoonCats is one of the oldest NFT projects in web3, launching in 2017 with on-chain generation, fair distribution, and user customization.
DeFimons is a pixelated adventure video game reminiscent of Pokémon with different creatures to encounter and tame.
Ponderware, a Web3 company that has developed applications since 2017 and the creator of MoonCats, released a MoonCats soda can collection today according to a recent tweet.
The NFTs will feature genesis cats, community members, Ponderware staff, and famous characters and can be minted by users for 0.05 ETH and holders of a MoonCat for 0.04 ETH.
MoonCats announced it is adding an interface to MoonCats Purrse, the inventory system for MoonCats NFTs.
The upgrade will make it easier for users to move items in and out of a Mooncat's inventory. More information about the update can be found at the MoonCat Purrse site.
In addition to adding the interface, today also marks the first time that MoonCat holders can trade MoonCat Moments on the secondary market.
The latest MoonCat moment is also available for claiming inside the MoonCat Purrse.
