Adidas Originals Experiencing Merchandise Shipping Delays
Adidas Originals is experiencing a "bump in the road" while shipping its hoodies and beanies to purchasers.
"When you create something brand new in a company that is 72 years old, you can expect there will be some bumps, but it's not always clear what those bumps will be," the team wrote on Discord. "In complete transparency, suppy chain logistics have been more difficult than expected, compounded by a totally new product creation process for our ITM holders."
Adidas Originals is working with logistics partner Top Drawer Merch, which supposedly has the most widely distributed merchandise channels. But the hoodies are currently moving from South Carolina to California, slowly toward the distribution center. The beanies are already there.
The team expects the process to take about seven to 10 days to clear up. Once the hoodies arrive in California, they'll be shipped out by Top Drawer Merch with the beanies.
"We hear your frustration, and we share it," the team said. "We want you to be in your hoodies and beanies ASAP. We are doing everything in our power to move this along as quickly as possible."
