Aussie Mates NFT Overview
Project Information
AussieMates is a collection of 10,000 randomly-generated, unique Kangaroo NFTs living on the Ethereum blockchain.
Ten of the NFTs feature the Golden Cockatoo, which can be collected to win a trip for two anywhere in the world.
The project features in-person events known as AussieMates Street Parties, which will look to combine sport, music, and hospitality.
The founders of the project are Adrian (aka Mad Roo) and Bianca (aka Bmuse). Both from Australia, Adrian has a background in engineering and IT, while Bianca has worked in advertising and brand communications.
The team has created the Mates Helping Mates Program. This program will house education, health, travel, and future rewards for holders in a wallet gated web3 platform that will be custom built.
$50,000 AUD of the initial drop will be donated to LIVIN a mental health charity in Australia, along with 50 percent of resales every quarter.
