Blankos Block Party NFT collection's floor price is up more than 600 percent after the Mythical Games title showed up on the Epic Games store Thursday.
Blankos Block Party — an open-world, multiplayer game — is apparently the first NFT-based game to appear on the platform, according to a search on the site, which is home to the hugely popular Fortnite game.
The news of the game's inclusion moved the floor on the NFT collection from 0.02 ETH to 0.14 ETH as of Thursday afternoon.
Blankos Block Party wasn't supposed to be the first NFT game in the Epic Games store — that honor was reportedly reserved for Grit, from Gala Games. But a Gala community manager said on Sept. 12 that "it will still take a bit of time" for the game to launch.
In response to Microsoft and Steam bans for NFT-based games in July, Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney said that game builders wouldn't have to worry about similar bans on his platform.
