Yuga Labs tweeted out a thread on Tuesday announcing the launch of news.yuga.com. The website will be the official home for press releases, blogs, events, and drops.
The Yuga Labs team identifies more than 50 scam/impersonation accounts and websites every week, and this site was designed to protect its community.
Users will be prompted to create a one-time authentication phrase upon initial entry to the site. They will then be prompted to upload an image that will be saved on that browser. These features will float at the top of the site to prove their authenticity.
The Yuga Labs team is focused on security for its holders. All announcements moving forward should be cross-checked through the new website and the official Discord channels.
