Beanie Punk Sells for 333 ETH

CryptoPunks No. 8958 sold for 333 ETH (about $425,000) on Tuesday with the seller having their offer accepted 48 seconds after it hit the marketplace.

The buyer, punksotc, transferred the Beanie Punk to its second wallet (2.punksotc.eth) along with its 27 other Punks. There are only 44 Punks with the Beanie trait and this is the first sale in three months of a Beanie Punk — the last taking place in June for 444 ETH.

This is the first sale since Yuga Labs, the owner of the CryptoPunks IP, announced it was building a Restoration Review Board for the CryptoPunks website.
