Seedphrase Receives $1.79M Bid on Seven-Trait Punk
Seedphrase, the recent seller of Hoodie Ape and Zombie CryptoPunks, has now received a bid of 1,100 ETH ($1.79M) on his famous profile picture, and the only seven-trait CryptoPunk, Punk #8348.
As the lone seven-trait CryptoPunk, #8348 sports the following traits:
- Top Hat
- Cigarette
- Big Beard
- Buck Teeth
- Classic Shades
- Mole
- Earing
Punk #8348 most recently traded hands more than two years ago when Seedphrase acquired it for 85 ETH, nearly $18,000 on the day of purchase.
According to DeepNFTValue's pricing estimates, the 1,100 ETH bid comes in at a 30 percent discount to the predicted value of the NFT (1,564 ETH). The bid was placed by account "2.punksotc.eth," which currently holds 53 CryptoPunks.
While Seedphrase has parted with two of the most notable Punks in his collection in the last month, there is no telling whether the Punk he has utilized for his digital identity is on the table and the Punk is not listed for sale at this time.
Nevertheless, if he were to part ways, he would still maintain ownership of at least 18 Punks in the same account.
