EightBit Me is a collection of 8,888 8-bit NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain that come with a profile picture as well as an 8-bit action figure. The project was designed by Addison Kowalski and Kevin Seuss.
The original project, the team claims, came out in 2010, well before the profile picture NFT craze that started with CryptoPunks and Bored Ape Yacht Club. What the team originally deployed was an 8-bit avatar application that allowed users to design and create an 8-bit avatar of themselves.
EightBit Me the project features 4 different classes varying in rarity; Common, Rare, Epic, and Legendary.
