Field Trip by Andrew McWhae

Field Trip is a collection of 600 generative art NFTs created by 3D and generative artist Andrew McWhae on the Ethereum blockchain. The collection represents the genesis NFT collection released by McWhae, which took over 9 months to perfect the algorithm. Field Trip features brightly colored shapes arranged in different patterns that are meant to evoke a sense of childlike wonder within the viewer. The over 2,500 lines of code required to make the collection features a "collision-avoidance algorithm" that first places lines that are then drawn over using a type of stylized geometry. Every NFT in the collection features a different color palette than any other NFT in the collection.
