Impasto is a collection of 269 generative art NFTs created by generative artist M.J. Lindow on the Ethereum blockchain. The collection represents the first generative art to be released by GrailersDAO, which is a community focused on collecting grail art NFTs. GrailersDAO chose to work with generative artists to release NFTs through GarilersDAO as a way to support artists and the generative art ecosystem. The Impasto collection captures the wild energy of nature through spontaneous brush strokes onto a digital canvas. The brushwork seen throughout the collection is inspired by various impressionist painters.
