Kumaleon NFT Overview
Project Information
Kumaleon is a collection of 3,000 generative bear NFTs created by digital artist Okazz on the Ethereum blockchain. Okazz utilizes a base design of a bear in different poses to intertwine generative art and pop illustrations in each Kumaleon. The outer shell of each Kumaleon NFT changes to a different generative design every time the web page is reloaded, similar to a chameleon changing its skin color. The pop-art designs are heavily influenced by Japanese manga and anime, creating a vibrant color pattern throughout the collection.
A portion of the mints was withheld from the initial mint to benefit charity. Kumaleons will utilize profits from these charity pieces to benefit the Japan Generative Art Foundation and an OSS library named Tweakpane.
