Mind the Gap is a 999 piece, generative art series inspired by childhood memories, created by MV (@mountvitruvius.)

Designed in London, Mind the Gap was inspired by the tubes of the London Underground.

MV says that Mind the Gap is a reference to his childhood, but also the fun, playful nature of the inspiration. It’s a thank you to the city he was born in, and it’s a reminder to not take life and art too seriously.

The design for Mind the Gap is made to look hand-drawn, represent joyful, playful emotion, and express vibrant colors.

The tubes were made to be simple, meaning no 3D and no shaders, just point and vector math, lines, and color.
