Nyla Hayes, a 12-year-old digital artist and creator of the Long Neckie Ladies collection, teamed up with TIMEPieces to create "Long Neckie Women of the Year" inspired by TIME’s franchise, Women of the Year, and includes 1,000 unique pieces of the 100 women such as: Diana, Princess of Wales, Madonna, Toni Morrison, Michelle Obama and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.
