what the fluff? is a collection of 5,000 cute 3D monster NFTs living on the Ethereum blockchain. The collection features numerous characters that are meant to poke fun at the so-called 'bad eggs' of the crypto space. The project utilized a unique marketing tactic during the reveal, where they initially revealed a gif of Leonardo DiCaprio from 'The Wolf of Wallstreet' flipping the bird, causing holders to ask the question "what the fluff?". However, shortly after, the collection revealed the true artwork which caused a lot of social media buzz and saw the comments of being a rug pull disappear.
