Adidas Originals and Bored Ape Yacht Club

As massive corporations continue to get involved in web3, today @adidasorginals changed their PFP to a Bored Ape. Partnering with Bored Apes, GmoneyNFT and Punks Comic - the adidias soiree into the Metaverse will be sure to attract more attention from mainstream media. 

Alongside the pairing with adidas, Bored Ape Yacht Club has released registration for their BAYC x MAYC mobile game. The contest will run for seven days starting December 5 at 7 p.m. ET. Prizes for top placers include BAYC & MAYC merch, a custom BAYC pinball machine, a custom MAYC car, and much more. After the announcements, the Bored Ape Yacht Club's floor is nearing 50 ETH again.

Mike Shinoda Ziggurats, Pak, and Baby Shark

Mike Shinoda, lead singer of Lincoln Park, sold his collection of 5,000 mixtapes Ziggurats NFTs today on the Tezos blockchain. Minting at 15 Tez (approx. $75) the collection sold fast despite some minor minting issues. Mike Shinoda joins the list of music artists who are becoming increasingly involved in the NFT space. 

Pak is releasing an open-edition, Merge on Nifty Gateway tonight at 6:00 p.m. These Merge Tokens can be purchased and collected for 48 hours. During this time there will be a leaderboard to see who has collected the most Mass. For each Merge token you will receive, the Mass of the tokens will be calculated in the wallet and combined into one single entity. These NFTs have no hosted images and will be generated all on-chain with 100 different classes distributed among tokens. 

Baby Shark Collection No. 1 opens tonight at 6:30 p.m. on MakersPlace with a 1/1 auction and five open editions. Each NFT features the catchy “Baby Shark Do do do” theme that launched Baby Shark to the number one viewed video on Youtube.

Ross Ulbricht Genesis

In tandem with Levitate, Ross Ulbricht, famous for creating the Silk Road, released his genesis collection on SuperRare today. The 1/1 auction lasts a week and currently sits at a 200 ETH bid. These include drawings and artwork from his childhood to his time in jail. Each piece of this 10 piece collection has an accompanying explanation of how the art reflects Ross’s experiences. Alongside the drawings is a two minute animation created by Levitate, voiced over by Ross, depicting his time navigating jail with no parole.
