Sorare NBA | Game Week 16 Primer
Welcome to the Sorare NBA Game Week Primer!
Game Week 16 kicks off today, and we're here to break down all the relevant information for the upcoming slate. Lineups lock at 6:50 p.m. EST, with the upcoming competitions running Monday - Thursday.
Game Week Rewind ⏮
There were some absolutely massive scores this Game Week, with a whopping nine players going over the 60 Sorare point total. The stars showed up on this slate, with Nikola Jokic (78 Sorare points), Joel Embiid (74 Sorare Points), and Anthony Davis (71 Sorare Points) topping the field with monster performances.
One of the biggest values was Philadelphia 76ers guard De'Anthony Melton, who put up one of the wilder lines we've seen this season:

Those who speculated on fringe Brooklyn Nets players were rewarded after the team rested nearly everyone of importance in Saturday's game against the Pacers.
Multi-Game Monitor 🗓
In Sorare NBA, having a player with several games during a competition can be a big advantage — with an extra chance at a ceiling performance. Here are the teams with 2+ contests in Game Week 16:
3 Games: Los Angeles Clippers (Wed/Thurs back-to-back), Miami Heat (Wed/Thurs back-to-back)
2 Games: Atlanta Hawks, Boston Celtics (back-to-back), Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Golden State Warriors (back-to-back), Indiana Pacers, Memphis Grizzlies, Minnesota Timberwolves, Oklahoma City Thunder, Portland Trail Blazers, Sacramento Kings (back-to-back), San Antonio Spurs, Washington Wizards

Value Plays 🤑
Last Game Week's Value Pick Performances:
Player | L10 | GW 15 Performance
- Aaron Holiday, 8 L10, 17 Sorare Points (+9) 🆗
- Deni Avdija, 22 L10, 31 Sorare Points (+9) 🆗
- Jalen McDaniels, 19 L10, 17 Sorare Points (-2) 😡
- Mitchell Robinson, 21 L10, 34 Sorare Points (+13) ✅
A live look at Jalen McDaniels tricking me every week:
*Note — these selections are based purely on L10 value in lineups — and do not consider the auction or market prices of the players listed.
Kyle Anderson, MIN | 21 L10 —While Jaylen Nowell was the original primary beneficiary of Karl-Anthony Town's absence due to injury, Kyle Anderson (aka Slow Mo) has been BALLING of late. With over 30+ Sorare points in four of his last five, Anderson has entrenched himself in the lineup for now — and is putting up starter value at an affordable 21 L10. With the ability to pile up stats in a variety of categories and ample playing time, Anderson should continue thriving while Towns remains out.
Also Consider: Rudy Gobert, 30 L10 (two 50+ scores in his past 3)
Bogdan Bogdanovic, ATL | 27 L10 — With the rash of injuries in Atlanta, we've been mining the Hawks for value for the majority of the season — with mixed results. While the A.J. Griffin / Onyeka Okongwu combo has flashed potential, it's been a bit of a minefield from week-to-week. After missing the first month of the season due to a knee injury, the forward has gotten his groove back over the last few games — becoming a large part of the usage with DeJounte Murray and John Collins out. With back-to-back 40+ Sorare point performances, Bogdanovic is riding hot right now — and the opportunities should continue as long as the other weapons remain sidelined.
*Update* — Bogdanovic has been ruled out for Monday's game due to injury management, but should play in the Hawk's second game on the slate.
Also Consider: Trent Forrest, 5 L10, AJ Griffin, 23 L10 (potential usage increase depending on who is active for ATL)
RJ Barrett, NYK | 29 L10 and Immanuel Quickley, NYK | 19 L10 — Jalen Brunson left Sunday's game with a foot injury and did not return, which could open the door for some additional opportunities in the Knicks backcourt if he misses time. Enter Immanuel Quickley, who has shown he can put up numbers when given the chance. While Quickley has been hovering around 15-20 Sorare points per game in his current role, expanding into the starting lineup could put him in line for a ceiling performance.
Also in line for major usage is RJ Barrett — who has been on a heater even before the Brunson injury with 58 and 40 Sorare points in his last two. If Brunson misses time, Barrett and Randle should feast as the primary offensive weapons on the Knicks.
Also Consider: Julius Randle (39 L10, ceiling potential with Brunson potentially out), Mitchell Robinson (23 L10 still too low given production), Quentin Grimes (20 L10)
Blake Griffin, BOS | 12 L10 — This one feels pretty gross, but I can't argue with the numbers. While Blake Griffin isn't jumping over any KIAs these days, he has been productive since being inserted into the Celtics lineup — with over 20 Sorare points in each of his last three games. While this isn't a long-term play (the return of Al Horford and Robert Williams are coming potentially this week), Griffin could have one more game slate to provide some value at an affordable cap.
