The UFC, the premier mixed martial arts organization globally, announced a new global marketing partnership with Blockasset, a web3 sports media network on Solana. Blockasset has already established a presence in MMA, partnering with athletes such as UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards, UFC middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis, UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira, and former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping. This new partnership will further cement Blockasset’s commitment to the sport and its community.

As the Official Digital Fan Interaction Partner, Blockasset will benefit from high visibility branding within the Octagon during select events, reaching more than 700 million fans in 170 countries and approximately 975 million households. Beyond the Octagon, the partnership includes the creation of original content distributed through UFC’s digital and social channels, which have a reach of about 266 million users worldwide. The partnership will also involve various fan engagement activities, including in-arena promotions, viewer sweepstakes, VIP experiences, and a brand ambassador program featuring UFC athletes.

Blockasset will kick off its partnership activation at UFC 303: PEREIRA vs. PROCHAZKA 2, taking place this Saturday, June 29, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The event will feature a highly anticipated rematch between current UFC light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira and former champion Jiri Prochazka, as part of the 12th Annual UFC International Fight Week™.
