DraftKings Airdrops Crafting Tokens to Reignmakers Collectors

DraftKings has begun airdropping Crafting Tokens to Reignmakers collectors who currently hold player cards from the 2022 NFL season. These tokens will play a key role in Reignmakers as DraftKings flips the calendar in preparation for the 2023 NFL season.

❗ Why It Matters

Crafting Tokens allow collectors the ability to convert prior-year player cards into current-year player cards. These tokens can be combined with prior-year player cards in "recipes" to be exchanged for 2023 packs. These crafting events will go live in two waves, with the first opening tomorrow (February 16) and the second on March 2.

💲Acquiring Crafting Tokens

Crafting Tokens can be acquired through three methods:

Primary sales: Crafting Tokens can be purchased from the DraftKings Marketplace.
Secondary market: Reignmakers collectors can also buy/sell their Crafting Tokens on the secondary marketplace.
Giveaways & airdrops: An airdrop was distributed today based on a snapshot that took place on February 12. Collectors who held at least 10 player cards at the CORE Tier during the snapshot were eligible for the airdrop.

🍲 The Recipe

Listed below is the Recipe Guide DraftKings provided for the first wave, which begins tomorrow. Keep an eye out for additional crafting recipes in the months ahead. In addition to the March Recipe Guide, DraftKings will also include at least one new recipe per month beginning in April.

🧠 Need To Know

Crafting isn't the only way to use prior-season cards moving forward. During the 2023 NFL season, DraftKings will also offer $100k in weekly contest prizing to holders of prior-year cards.
Additionally, prior-year cards accrue 10% of their value towards a collector's Franchise Score.
Burned cards become "Crafting Set Cards" for the 2023 season. Crafting Set Cards are unlimited at the CORE and RARE levels, but limited to 10% of the overall supply at the ELITE, LEGENDARY and REIGNMAKER levels.
