LinksDAO announced that the Spey Bay transaction has closed.

Spey Bay Golf Club is a Scottish links course built in 1907 right on the North Sea, with 12 holes directly on the water.

Links Golf Club placed a bid on the Scottish golf course back in February before winning the bid in mid-March.

Now that it's official and the acquisition has been finalized, the LinksDAO team can move forward with everything that comes next.

The pricing for the membership tiers (of which there are three: Gold, Platinum (100 spots), and Diamond (18 spots)) hasn't been revealed yet, but perhaps it could provide a blueprint or framework for how the membership system might look at future golf courses that are acquired in the U.S.
