Gucci’s senior executive vice president, Robert Triefus, expressed excitement about the partnership and having an active role in Otherside, a Bored Ape-themed virtual world, and 10KTF's narrative, adding, "We are excited to unveil this multifaceted partnership with Yuga Labs, a leader and creative pioneer in web3."
Previously, Gucci had collaborated with 10KTF for its Gucci Grail project, where 10KTF’s digital artisan, Wagmi-san, crafted clothing and accessories to personalize NFTs with designs by Gucci’s then-creative director, Alessandro Michele. Yuga Labs’ chief creative officer, Michael Figge, looks forward to showcasing how the partnership extends to endless opportunities in Otherside.
