Psychedelics Anonymous introduced its new ecosystem currency, PSY, over the weekend.

The Details

To claim PSY points, users will be required to answer a few Australian GST Tax questions, ensuring the organization can uphold its legal and financial obligations to Australia. 

By agreeing to the PSY Point Terms, users will acknowledge the rights and requirements associated with the new digital currency. Although the current system is not an ERC20 token, Psychedelics Anonymous plans to match all PSY points 1:1 if they are allowed to launch an ERC20 token in the future.

To claim PSY points, users should connect every wallet that has ever held a Psychedelics Anonymous asset, not just those that currently hold a PA NFT. 

❗️Why It Matters

Psychedelics Anonymous joins the growing list of NFT ecosystems hoping to reward its community and holder base via an ecosystem "currency." The key difference thus far, is that PA is committed to working within Australia's regulatory framework and thusly is not immediately issuing an ERC-20 token to PSY Points claimers. Kanpai Pandas recently committed to rewarding its holders with Panda Points in a similar fashion, not requiring the deployment of an ERC-20 token. Nevertheless, PA did not rule out the potential for a PSY token in the future, assuming it is legally permitted. 

Interestingly, PA has also chosen to reward all those who have helped contribute to its existing state, not just current holders. That's right, any wallet that ever minted or held a Psychedelics Anonymous NFT (of which there are multiples) is eligible to claim PSY. This should significantly widen the net of PSY owners and also avoid any groans from past community members that may have exited on recent founder drama.

The charity auction for Psychedelic Anonymous Genesis #9408 is now live according to a recent tweet.

All proceeds of the auction will be "donated to a charity with Psychedelics / Mental Health at its core" says the team. 

Psychedelic Anonymous Genesis #9408 is a premium NFT in the collection as it ranks #31 on Lucky Trader's rarity rankings page. 

The auction is being hosted on OpenSea and at the time of writing currently has a top bid of 1.6475 ETH. The charity auction is set to come to a close on October 1, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Psychedelics Anonymous teased a surprise for June 21 at 9:00 a.m. ET. 

Though no formal details were shared, the announcement is slated to come two days after the Psychedelics Anonymous NFT NYC event. 

The Psychedelics Anonymous Genesis NFT collection holds a floor price of 1.91 ETH at the time of the announcement, a 25 percent increase from the previous 24 hours.

Psilocybin NFTs are required to participate in the Psycheldelics Anonymous mini game experience. A burning mechanism is built into the contract, according to the project's OpenSea description.

Any Psilocybin claimed or minted from now on will reveal instantly. 

The burn event to claim Psilocybins, a utility NFT in the PAVERSE, went live today.

Users who wish to claim a Psilocybins NFT must hold a Psychedelics Anonymous Genesis NFT as well as Component 1-3. To claim the Psilocybins NFT, users will burn Component 1-3. They do not have to burn the Psychedelics Anonymous Genesis NFT. 

The Psilocybins NFT will be required to participate in the Psycedlelics Anonymous mini-game experience, according to the team. 

Psychedelics Anonymous announced the claim for its third component, C3, will be closing in 24 hours. The third component is necessary for minigame play according to the claim website. 

Psychedelics Anonymous sold out the remaining 2,638 NFTs in its 9,345-edition Genesis PFP project Thursday almost instantly. The Genesis was one of four collections dropped by Psychedelics Anonymous today, the remaining three contain metaverse, merchandise, and P2E game passes. In a Twitter spaces it was released that during the public mint three wallets were able to obtain 100 NFTs as a cautionary note. Project leader, @BAYC2745, was still pleased with the unique holder count. 

Sacramento Kings NFTs

The NBA’s Sacramento Kings sold out 20 Laidback Lion NFTs on Solana for 2.8 SOL today at 5 p.m. ET. A small group, the 20 NFTs will give holders access to a private pick-up game, exclusive merchandise, and two premium seats at a home game. 

More Than Gamers 

More Than Gamers began its whitelist minting this afternoon with 5,500 NFTs minted of the 10,100. supply. More Than Gamers pre-sale will consist or roughly 7,000 NFTs with the rest being available for public sale tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. ET. At a 0.2 ETH mint price MTG has plans for different staking mechanism and future utility. 

• CryptoPunks volume dips a bit as Apes continue to try to flip the floors. The floor now stands at 54 ETH. 

• Bored Ape Yacht Club flipped Punks for mere minutes and volume has slowed down under 1,000 ETH in 24 hour volume.. 

• Mutant Ape Yacht Club has catapulted since the recent BAYC chatter, up to nearly 8 ETH floor.
